Web email are very poor. Because one has no idea if they have worked. I keep my computer up to-date with latest drivers and every program which are automatically undated. When ever a web email is sent it should be immediate acknowledged with a return receipt like many web email sites do. Some even go as far as sending a copy of your query back to you, which is the way it should be.
Initial query response time was within 30 minutes, then sub-15 minutes on subsequent queries. Query was resolved quickly and without any loss. Hard to please everyone though ๐คทโโ๏ธ
