I thought it was supposed to be overnight delivery? I ordered the product on Friday and it arrived on Wednesday. Also, the courier left it in the letterbox and not at door where most of our packages get delivered. Otherwise very happy to receive product.
You ordered at 5pm on Friday – after the 3pm cutoff time – so your order was processed on Monday. It was put on an overnight delivery service so should have been delivered on Tuesday, but NZ Post had a delay which caused it to be delivered one business day late, on Wednesday. Sorry for the inconvenience.
