Great mix of ingredients and fair value. I started taking it after an attack and before the next. I tripled the dose during the attack but didn’t seem to shorten/minimise it. Quicker than expected and at the end of 3rd bottle i have just had another attack. Not sure how effective it is but also don’t trust or want to take pharma products unless absolutely necessary.
