I have been bothered by uric acid issues. First in ankle (hurt so much I thought it a stress fracture!)…then in elbow, then the index finger, where it joins the hand. Distinguishable by the pinpoint spot of red above the inflammation. So far I take 2 capsules a day. one at lunch, one at tea time. The cream I use for painful large joint at base of thumbs…and last night I used it along my neck and shoulders – to ease tension (and perhaps inflammation?) Very soothing smell.
