Sorry to see your parcel wasn’t delivered on Friday as it should have been. That is certainly the service I paid for with NZ Post and I dispatched it on time so it’s disappointing to see it wasn’t delivered on target.
NZ Post are seeing a few delays within their network across the country of up to a couple of days and your parcel obviously became caught up in these delays. NZ Post deliver on time 99.7% of the time (I track this very closely) so it’s always frustrating when they drop the ball.
