I thought it will be delivered on Tuesday as I lodged my order on Monday evening (labor day), it was mentioned that if order were placed before 3pm it can be received within the day…in the assumption that that the whole process took place on tuesday (before 3pm)…anyway
Hi Owen. Courier companies don’t work on public holidays which is why your order (placed on Sunday evening) was not picked up until Tuesday. Being an overnight (next day) delivery service, your order was delivered on Wednesday which meets the delivery targets we set.
